Our
Story
Who We Are
At United Early Intervention Services, we believe in the power of early, personalised support to help children with developmental delays and disabilities flourish. Our compassionate team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Keyworkers work together through the Key Worker model to design programs that focus on each child’s strengths, needs, and goals.
We are committed to empowering children and families, supporting the development of communication, social skills, daily living independence, and positive behaviour strategies. Our family-centred approach ensures that goals are meaningful, achievable, and seamlessly integrated into everyday life.

-
Support communication and social skills, including turn-taking, interaction, and play.
-
Implement behaviour strategies and guidance tailored to individual needs.
-
Encourage independence and confidence through structured activities and real-life experiences.

Collaborate with the child’s therapy team to reinforce goals set by Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Keyworkers.

Provide emotional support and positive engagement, creating a safe and nurturing environment.
Support Workers are vital in helping children and young people reach their full potential, while also empowering families with practical strategies and ongoing guidance.
